Game Of Thrones Season 3 and My Boys
Without Prejudice
If you haven't watched Game Of Thrones, seasons 1 and 2, do yourself a favour and do nothing else over Easter but watch it. It is so addictive, so graphic, so different. It is a must see. The 3rd long anticipated Season is shown on Foxtel. 4.20 pm, E.D.T on Showcase, Tomorrow, Monday. Jai, my 15 year old Grandson has booked for taping already.
My brother, George went into deep depression when he realised last year that Season 3 was months away, almost a year. I grew addicted to it when I spent last Winter with him. It was the highlight of our week, each and every week and when it ended he was sad for at least a month.

Cancel that torrent Game of Thrones fans! Because Foxtel may just have a solution — for pay TV subscribers that is.
According to TV Tonight website, Foxtel will "fast-track" more than 40 popular programs — some of which will be on-air just a few hours after their broadcast on US screens.
"Our strategy is simple, deliver the best TV to our audiences as it becomes available," Foxtel's executive head of television Brian Walsh said.
"Closing the window between US or UK premiere dates and the program launch here in Australia is our priority."
"This strategy has so far been very successful," he added.
"For example this season of The Walking Dead, which is broadcast express from the US only 33 hours after US transmission, has delivered larger audiences to Foxtel [as] more people source the program legally."
This can only mean good things for fans of Dexter, True Blood, Breaking Bad and Mad Men, who won't have to wait days or months to watch their favourite series.
The season three premiere episode of Game of Thrones will be shown on the Showcase channel at 4:20PM AEDT, Monday 1st April, mere hours after it screens in the US.
Some factual titbits......
Who needs the weights room when you have the bedroom?
Certainly not Game of Thrones hunk Jason Momoa.
Speaking to TMZ, he revealed his secrets to a ripped body: a steamy sex life. "I f--- a lot," Jason slyly hit back when asked how he keeps in shape.
The 32-year-old actor, who also played Conan the Barbarian in the 2011 remake, has also recently undergone a bit of a makeover.
When asked about his drastic haircut he casually replied, "I lost a bet". Shame, we miss the long locks.
The third season of the epic fantasy drama television series Game of Thrones will premiere in the United States and Canada on March 31, 2013 on HBO.[1] HBO renewed the series for a third season on April 10, 2012, nine days after the second season's premiere. Production began in July 2012.[2]

Game of Thrones is an American epic fantasy television series created for HBO byDavid Benioff and D. B. Weiss. It is an adaptation of A Song of Ice and Fire, George R. R. Martin's series of fantasy novels, the first of which is titled A Game of Thrones. Filmed in a Belfast studio and on location elsewhere in Northern Ireland, Malta, Croatia, Iceland, and Morocco, it premiered on HBO in the United States on April 17, 2011.
The series, set in the fictional continents of Westeros and Essos at the end of a decade-long summer, interweaves several plot lines. The first follows the members of several noble houses in a civil war for the Iron Throne of the Seven Kingdoms; the second covers the rising threat of the impending winter and the mythical creatures of the North; the third chronicles the attempts of the exiled last scion of the realm's deposed dynasty to reclaim the throne. Through its morally ambiguous characters, the series explores issues of social hierarchy, religion, civil war, sexuality, crime and punishment. It is the most recent big-budget work to have contributed to the popularity of the fantasy genre in mainstream media.
Game of Thrones has obtained an exceptionally broad and active international fan base. It received universal acclaim by critics, although its use of nudity has been criticized. The series won numerous awards and nominations — including two Primetime Emmy Award nominations for Outstanding Drama Series, a Golden Globe Award nomination for Best Television Series – Drama, a Hugo Award for Best Dramatic Presentation in Long Form, and a Peabody Award. Among the ensemble cast, Peter Dinklage won the Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Drama Series and the Golden Globe Award for Best Supporting Actor – Series, Miniseries or Television Film for his role asTyrion Lannister.
