Without Prejudice
Love in any language is wonderful. Your cheeks glow, you have more energy and if you are in love with the right person you rise up to become a better human being. A kinder, wiser, more compassionate person and that can never be a bad thing. So have love in your life as much as you can, surround yourself with it, soak in it, dance with it, revel in it.
And keep it.
It's easy to get,
Drop judgement,
Realise we are all flawed
And you are not that special.
Easy to get and hard to keep.
First comes attraction.
You may be attracted to only a handful of people in your life time.
Love at first sight is rare
It's usually a general growing attraction to someone you like .
We all know that most families provide a lot of love, love that comes to you in many ways. But a families love for most is not a challenge, you are already accepted and supported and loved. Just as you are. Most people claim their families are people they could not do without. And all families are dysfunctional in their own dysfunctional way.
And realistically when you get older as inevitably we all will, children, grand kids, great grand kids come into their own. They are your legacy, ( most of us are not Albert Einstein, Newton or Steven Hawking ) they are your support, sustenance, future, little vessels to fill with your older wisdom. Ensure,that you work at loving them, they are going to be pushing your wheelchair one day.
With your partner expect the best. If you are lucky he she accepts you just as you are. They are your best friend who you can tell everything to. And vice versa. You have their best interests at heart and suppress your own ego to support theirs. That's called love, and takes a lot of compromise. If you are not willing to compromise in a great way you shouldn't marry. And once married, women tend to put up with a lot , especially if they have children.
Don't worry, they won't forget! After the kids are grown and gone the older wife will want it all her way and if a man is wise he will let her have her own way. We love to take care of people and he is only going to benefit.
Most women know deep down that males are work, and unique, they do what they want to do, mostly. My brother explained that the reason for this is that males tend to be selfish and women are far nicer people, more compassionate, more affectionate, more nurturing. And for most females that is true.
